Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind within 24 hours on weekdays after placing your order, we will process an immediate refund.
We process orders 24 hours after they have been placed to allow for any errors or change of mind by our customers. Beyond this period, if the order has been processed, we cannot refund due to a change of mind before the product has been delivered, received, and returned to our specified address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be returned at your expense to the address we will provide.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods. Gift cards are also non-returnable items.
To initiate a return, we will verify it is your order using your order number and/or any information used when you placed your order, likely your email address.
For your return to be accepted, we require either receipt of the package at the return address we provided or a scan or photo proof that the return has been shipped to the address we communicated. In the first case, the shipment should not be sent to the manufacturer’s address. In the second case, a postal receipt or shipping ticket will be accepted.
We may ask you to wait for good receipt instead of sending proof of return. In refund requests, an inspection of the parcel may be necessary before we proceed with a refund.
If you receive an item and claim it is in bad condition and wish for a refund, but refuse to send a photo of the received item, you will be required to send the item to a specific address for inspection.
Once the package is received, only after inspection will the refund be processed. If the item is found to be in good condition, we will inform you with a photo and/or video, and in this case, we will refuse the refund.
This procedure may seem excessive, but due to past experiences of dishonesty, we can no longer take our interlocutors at their word. We apologize and assure you that we do our best for each return case and refund request.
In all refunds, a fee of $2 will be deducted per order to cover charges incurred by payment platforms and processors.
In the event of a refund, when we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will then inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period. This period is not under our control, and we will notify you as soon as the refund process starts on our end.
If the refund is delayed or missing, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
After these two steps, if you haven’t received your refund yet, please send us an email. Our customer service team will ask if you have completed these two steps. If so, we will verify in our database.
We apologize for requesting these steps but aim to provide maximum attention to your requests. We lose a lot of time when the request is not preceded by certain steps. We wish to allocate maximum attention to received requests.
For sale items, if a refund is issued, it will be based on the sale price paid by the customer, not the normal price.
For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
For gifts, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
For returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
